1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
2. What is the order processing timeframe?
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours, but during periods of high order volume, it may take 1 to 2 weeks.
3. What is the estimated shipping time?
- NACEX (Portugal): 24h
- FedEx: 24 to 48 hours
- DPD: 3 to 5 working days
- CTT Madeira and Açorres: 3 to 5 working days
- Standard Mail: 5 to 7 working days
4. What are the shipping costs?
- Portugal: 5,95€
- Spain: 7,95€
- Rest of Europe: €9.00
- United States: 15€
5. Does the shipment have a tracking number?
Yes, all shipping methods include a tracking number.
6. Can I change the delivery address after purchase?

7. Do you have a size chart?
Yes, you can consult it here: Size Guide
8. What should I do if the swimsuit doesn’t fit?
You should try the product on without using it in water and without removing the hygiene sticker (on female models). The swimsuit should fit comfortably. Used products or products without a label/sticker will not be accepted for exchange or return.
9. What materials are used in the caps?
- Adult: Silicone
- Child: Licra
10. Are the products guaranteed?
No, due to constant exposure to chlorine. We only exchange items with manufacturing defects.

11. What is the return policy?
- Deadline: 14 days
- Conditions: Product with label and, in the case of women’s swimwear, with the hygienic sticker intact

12. How do I make an exchange or return?
Send an e-mail to scullings@scullings.ptindicating your intention to exchange or return. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
13. Do you accept returns on personalized products?
No. Personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
14. Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.

Yes, using the Klarna payment system, you can make your purchases safely and choose the payment option that suits you best at the checkout: pay in full, in 3 installments or in 30 days.
